Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Rates
Domestic (United States):
- Standard Shipping: $9.95 (5-7 business days)
- Express Shipping: $19.95 (2-3 business days)
- FREE shipping on orders over $300
International Shipping: We ship to 27 countries including Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France, Japan, and more. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and shipping method:
- USPS International (7-14 business days)
- DHL Express International (3-5 business days)
Geographic Coverage We ship throughout the United States and to select international destinations. A full list of available countries will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery Timeframes Delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. International deliveries may be subject to customs delays.
Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your package arrives damaged or goes missing during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at info@mjsaltwaterproducts.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your saltwater products in perfect condition. Our resolution process aligns with our return and refund policy terms.
Special Handling Some saltwater products may require special handling or temperature-controlled shipping. Additional fees may apply and will be calculated at checkout.
